Zero Star is a Columbus, Ohio emcee who’s got some serious chops. His Marinate Mix has some CL Smooth, Snoop Dogg, Public Enemy and K-Def remixes, among others. Point is, this mix is a class in the art of the microphone and those who slay bars. Recently the emcee released his soulful, bars aplenty, crafty album, Maybe I’m Joking, Maybe I’m Not, which, is no joke—awesome. So, when I asked the “‘72 Dolphins” artist to make a mix I was ecstatic to hear that the songs he put together are winners too. Do yourself a favor and download this mix (and his killer album).
